Camera Vision Systems:The vision systems developed by Primon Automazioni are divided into 3 main categories:
The vision system cards and the management software are dedicated but allow at the real- time utilization and programming because they are implemented on Windows platform. The selection and development of the programs are nearly exclusively carried out with the aid of the mouse, and require no specific programming knowledge base for operator utilization.
Vision Systems used for Visual Inspection Vision system can be used as a robot guide to locate the part to be processed and determine is orientation relative to the end effect of the robotic arm. The vision system is then used to rotate the end effect to it's proper orientation and allow the processing of the the component. The vision system can also be used to rotate the part into a position relative to the orientation of the robotic end effect, when combined with specific orientation devices and escapements. Dimensional checks can also be carried out by the vision system, checking for compliance of the part dimensions with the preprogrammed dimensions and tolerances of the part drawings.
