Robotics Automation:

The integration of machining centers requires the utilization of robots for the exact positioning of the parts onto fixtures, or if a high flexibility of the system is necessary.

The integrated robots can be with 4 or 6 axis.   Robots can be placed on movable trolleys or gantry style to leave as much room as possible in front of the machines.

If robotics are combined with automatic or semi-automatic devices for part positioning, the robot can be guided by vision systems also developed by Primon Automazioni for these applications.
