Valve Assembly System

Primon valve and faucet assembly systems can incorporate other functions to ensure a high quality finished component.  Air can be sued to clear chips from machining processes, or an air blast can be combined with an flow test.  Torque testing can be performed to verify ease of operation for a valve.  Flow testing and calibrating of thermostatic valves can be performed.

For nearly every single function of a valve assembly system, there is a test available to verify the components operation.

Semi automatic, automatic and manual assembly benches are available for nearly every water valve and gas valve related product.
