Factory Automation:If there is a necessity of part loading and unloading, Primon Automazioni has developed different types of grippers and mechanical hands with both electric or pneumatic linear and rotary axis. The pick & place automation can be made so they can be directly affixed on the structure of the machine to be loaded, or it can have an independent vertical base. Primon Automazioni has built its reputation in four major avenues of business for Factory Automation:
Automation for the Textile Industry: The automation provided by Primon for the textile industry includes packaging of fabric rolls, Depalletizing of reels and bobbins, yarn packing and automation for v-creel loading. Primon had also made automatic systems for locating the beginning of the thread on the bobbin and to automatically remove the first few feet. Automation for Plating Industry: The automation for the Electroplating industry includes pin rack loading and pin rack unloading systems, in either vertical of horizontal plane. Robotics: The robotics offered by Primon Automazioni are used for material transfer, part loading & unloading, and for packaging. Robotic system can even be camera guided. Material Transfer Automation: Pick and Place automation for part transfer / loading and unloading operations.
