Primon Automazioni makes systems for assembly of castors and wheels.  Castor and wheel assembly systems can include swaging of pins, bearing assembly, bearing lubrication, pressing of rubber tires, brake assembly.

Wheel and castor assembly equipment can be either automatic or semi automatic systems.  

Castor assembly production volumes average 15 to 17 pieces per minute.

Assembly systems can be either a rotary table system, or palletized automatic system for full automatic production.

Wheels assembly systems can also include testing of the forces required to rotate the wheel after assembly.
